These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.ventsmarinsmallorca.com, as well as the contracting of our services. We recommend that you read them carefully before making any reservation.

2. Purpose of the Contract

These Terms govern the relationship between Vents Marins and the client in connection with the maritime excursions offered through the website.

3. Services

We offer boat excursions and experiences aboard the Garbí III, departing from the Port of Pollença, Mallorca. The features, prices, and schedules of the services are detailed on the website.

4. Reservations and Payments

  • To confirm a reservation, the client must pay a 20% deposit of the total amount via the payment gateway available on the website.

  • This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation by Vents Marins (see Section 5).

  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the excursion, prior to boarding.

  • Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Any request to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

  • If you wish to book a time outside those available on the website, you must contact us prior to making the reservation.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the reservation, the 20% deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • If Vents Marins cancels due to adverse weather conditions, force majeure, or safety concerns:

    • An alternative date for the excursion will be offered, or

    • A full refund of the deposit will be issued.

6. Conditions of Use and Safety

  • The maximum number of passengers per excursion is 6. For larger groups, please contact us in advance.

  • Clients must follow all instructions given by the skipper and Vents Marins staff at all times.

  • Boarding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the service without the right to a refund.

7. Liability

  • Vents Marins shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings, nor for any injuries resulting from the client’s failure to comply with safety regulations.

  • Participation in the excursion implies acceptance of the inherent risks associated with maritime navigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the property of Vents Marins or is used with proper authorization. Reproduction of any content without prior express consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published in this section and will take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection laws.
